Refunds & Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges and store credit ONLY! NO REFUNDS. If you'd like to exchange/return please email us at with your first and last name and order number.

  • Product(s) must have all tags still attached.
  • If product(s) have been washed, used or worn, they can not be returned.
  • We do not accept products that have make up, deodorant, hairs, or self tan on them. The product(s) will be sent back to you at your expense with no refund.
  • We do not accept products that smell like smoke, perfume, body sprays, or creams. The product(s) will be sent back to you at your expense with no refund.
  • Any shipping fees incurred are not covered/reimbursed by Kata Active.


International orders do NOT qualify for returns/refunds/exchanges.


To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us with your full name and order # within 10 days of receiving the product at to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement if the product is available. If a replacement is not available you will have the option of exchanging for another item or store credit.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.   

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

Refunds may take up to 30 days depending on your bank.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Shipping exchange product   

To return your product, you must contact us prior to shipping the item.

Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item, Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. There is also a $5 restocking fee for products returned. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Lost or Stolen Packages  

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If you have put in the wrong address at checkout and your package is sent back to us, you will have to cover the fees to reship the order. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, will confirm the date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. Please contact the shipping carrier for more info.
