Q: Where is the store based?

A: Oakland Park, Florida - USA

Q: How long will it take for my package to be shipped?

A: We ship orders out DAILY (Monday-Friday)! Please allow 1-2 business days for all orders to be processed, fulfilled and sent from our facility to the post office. Once you've received your tracking number, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to start updating. 

Shipments within the U.S. range between 1-5 business days, depending on your location. International Shipments range from 1-4 weeks, depending on location.

Please allow an additional of 2-5 business days for your order to be processed during promotional sales/holidays.

Q: Why haven't I received my refund?

A: Refunds on canceled orders take up to 10 business days to hit your bank.

Q: Do you ship to P.O Boxes?

A: No, we do not ship to P.O Boxes

Q: Do you cover duties / import fees?

A: No, we are not responsible for duties / import fees on international orders.

Q: I put the wrong address and it's getting sent back to the sender what do i do?

A: If there is a package that's unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address, we will contact you if shipped back to us. The additional cost of delivery will be at the customers expense. These orders will NOT be allowed to be canceled. 

Q: My packages is lost or stolen!

A: www.kataactive.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please contact the shipping carrier for more info. 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: If your order has not yet been fulfilled we will happily cancel your order. If its already been fulfilled you'll have to wait until you receive your package then contact us at info@kataactive.com with your first and last name and order number and start a return (for exchange or store credit only)

Q: Can I start a return on an item I purchased with a sale promo code?

A: Clearance / sale items purchased during a promotional sale will NOT be accepted for return as they are considered FINAL SALE.

Q: My tracking link says my package was delivered, but I can't find it!
